Mr. Karamat Ali is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chaudhry Property Advisor, a real estate consultancy established in December 2018 in Gujranwala, Pakistan.

Before entering the real estate industry, Mr. Karamat Ali dedicated 35 years of distinguished service to the Government of Punjab, Pakistan, serving as a Superintendent in the Punjab Prisons Department.

Throughout his public service career, he remained committed to the principles of integrity, discipline, professionalism and public responsibility. His extensive experience in government service helped shape the values and ethical standards that continue to guide his professional journey.

Following his retirement, Mr. Karamat Ali embarked on a new chapter in the real estate sector, bringing with him decades of administrative experience, leadership and a strong commitment to public trust.

In December 2018, he established Chaudhry Property Advisor with a vision to provide transparent, professional and client-focused real estate services.

Under his leadership, the company focuses on residential and commercial property sales, purchases, investment advisory and real estate consultancy, helping clients navigate important property decisions with confidence and clarity.

His philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: lasting professional relationships are built on honesty, trust and responsible service.

Today, Mr. Karamat Ali continues to lead Chaudhry Property Advisor with the same dedication to integrity and professionalism that defined his 35-year public service career.
